SHARE THE PRINTER IN YOUR NETWORK

• First of All Take printer DRIVERS CD And Install In One PC in NETWORK
• Then click On START Go to DEVICES AND PRINTERS

• Show the Printer Right Click on Printer Then click On "PRINTER PROPERTIES"

•  Check in The SHARING THIS PRINTER
• Then click OK 
• Completed the PRINTER SHARING

• Start The Other PC Then Open RUN box type in That "PC IP or COMPUTER NAME"(E.g.: \\192.168.0.1) click OK

• open shared Files that PC and show the Printer Also Then Right Click on Printer Click the CONNECT show the printer installation Process And FINISH the Installation 

• And install the Printer Other PC also 
• Same do the Steps Other PCs also
